Wonderful Experience

What a fantastic weekend. We enjoyed every minute. A beautiful, tranquil home from home. The food is excellent, and Deon and Annamarie rate among the best hosts ever, welcoming but not overbearing. The luxury tented chalets are fantastically comfortable and the finishes in the lodge show distinguished attention to detail. The tree house is awesome, luxury in the heart of nature. The landscape is spectacular and the lodge shows a touching commitment to conservation. Seeing the baby giraffe was the highlight of the weekend. We cannot wait to go back.

Fantastic

The experience was just out of this world. Bushwa being a small private lodge was just what we were looking for........stunning views,privacy, peace and quiet, game drives. Anne Marie and Deon who are the owners went out of their way to make us feel at home........the food was fabulous.So all i can say visit Bushwa and have a G & T with Deon and Anne Marie, it is a home away from home. Bushwa Break

We had the most fantastic holdiay at Bushwa. It was the first time we had been there and count ourselves very lucky to have got in. The weather was perfect. We did not want to leave - it was so wonderful, that we ended up staying an extra day. The whole experience - from the views & bush drives to accommodation, food (to die for), service - was all a wonderful experience. The owners - Annamarie and Deon were very much a part of what made our holiday such an awesome experience. We thoroughly enjoyed their conversations and the time they spent with us. We had the most memorable New Years Eve!

Bushwa Game Lodge - exceeded our expectations

On our arrival at Bushwa Lodge we were warmly greeted by Deon, Annamarie, and their staff. Annamarie proudly showed us around the lodge that she has lovingly created. She has a marvelous sense of style which exudes in all that she dose, form the delicious cuisine to the well appointed large rooms, where every detail is taken care of. We felt like we had been invited into their home and we very treated like good friends. Bushwa far exceeded our expectations and made for a truly special getaway for my husbands 40th birthday party. I am not one to easily give full marks but at Bushwa I could find no fault. Thank you to Deon and Annamarie. We will certainly have Bushwa as a regular entry into our Calendar.

Just a quick email to say hello to you both and to thank you for the most wonderful experience I had there for New Year with you guys, you truly made it a great time for myself and Francois but me especially, as I have never been to South Africa before and hope to return again. Bushwa is a beautiful, amazing place and definetly somewhere I would recommend to everyone, I cant stop talking about it, as I said, we dont have anything like that here in Ireland. Hope you are both well and best wishes to you both and your boys for 2010. I have attached a few pictures of what Dublin looks like today, we have had more snow, the weather is now the worst we have seen in over 40yrs......think I will move to South Africa :-) Best Wishes,
